10 DLC registration must be completed before texting can begin. Registration can take as little as one day but sometimes more than a week  The best way to expedite this process is to make sure that your website includes all of the language required by the carriers. Your TTH representative can help you to become compliant quickly and efficiently to limit the delay in launching your campaign.

If you are uploading audio to the TTH admin site, .wav is the preferred format.  The site will make the adjustments necessary to make the audio phone quality.

An SMS allows up to 160 characters per segment. TTH also offers a text MMS which allows many more characters.

Images in an MMS are limited to 500kb.
