Speaking our Language

The landscape of our national dialogue is rapidly changing, quite literally. According to a 2011 American Community Survey by the Pew Research Center^1, there is 37.6 million Spanish speakers in the US and this is growing swiftly. While most of these Spanish speakers have some proficiency in English, any engagement coordinator knows the importance of making their audience feel comfortable; which is why our platform support’s multiple languages.
We have seen this used most effectively by clients who want to reach out to both their English and Spanish speakers simultaneously. When a participant receives the invitation to join, they are given the option of punching a designated number on their phone to be sent to the event in the language of their choosing. This is certainly a great use of our technology to help organizations adapt to the changing landscape of our nation.
